You might want visit the Chirch on Spilled Blood and Saint Isaak's Cathedral as they are the most impressive Cathedrals in the city. The fee of each of them is 10 Euro, students pay half, children are free.
If you decide to go upstairs to the colonnade of St. Isaac's Cathedral you will pay extra 5 Euro. The veiw of the city from the colonnade is breathtaking, but you should be in a good physical shape as you have to be able to go up 262 steps and there is no lift there.
Peter and Pauls fortress is free of charge. But the entrance fee to the Peter and Paul's Cathedral located on the territory of the fortress is 5 Euro. The chirch is the burial place of the Romanov family.
The Cathedral of our lady of Cazan and Smolmy Cathedral are free of charge.
